Konic Development Ltd. and Keith Kin Wai Leung

Konic Development Ltd. (“KDL”) and Keith Kin Wai Leung (“Leung”), contrary to section 14(5)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying and suggesting that KDL and Leung is a licensed residential builder during the periods of May 31, 2020, and August 19, 2021, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”). On August 19, 2021, Compliance Order 21-0016 was issued by BCH to KDL and Leung, directing that KDL and Leung: 

• Immediately, cease all signage, marketing, advertising, and other publications that imply, suggest, or hold out in any manner that either KDL or Leung is a licensed residential builder; or  
•  Immediately become a BCH LRB pursuant to section 14 of the Act. 

KDL and Leung were ordered to comply with Compliance Order 21-0016 by October 8, 2021.
