Building BC: Funding Opportunities Overview

BC Housing will have funding opportunities across many populations.

The Province recently announced its Homes for People action plan, which builds upon the 2018 housing strategy and includes funding for BC Housing to create 67,000 affordable homes for individuals, seniors, families, women, and people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

Funding programs for these homes include the Community Housing Fund (CHF), the Indigenous Housing Fund (IHF), the Women’s Transitional Housing Fund (WTHF), and the Supportive Housing Fund (SHF), which will be available in the coming months for interested applicants.
