Kyle Walker Construction Inc. and Kyle Walker

Kyle Walker Construction Inc. (“KWC”) and Kyle Walker (“Walker”), contrary to section 14(5)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying and suggesting that KWC and/or Walker is a licensed residential builder during the period of, or about, March 22, 2022, and January 30, 2023, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”). On January 30, 2023, BCH issued Compliance Order 23-0003 to KWC and Walker directing that KWC and Walker:

• immediately cease all signage, marketing, and other publications that imply, suggest, or hold out in any manner that either KWC or Walker is a licensed residential builder; or 
• immediately become a BCH LRB pursuant to section 14 of the Act.

KWC and Walker were ordered to comply with Compliance Order 23-0003 by March 1, 2023.
