Philip Garrow, Raven Flello and ADDC Homes Limited

Raven Flello (“Flello”), Philip Garrow (“Garrow”) and ADDC Homes Limited(“ADDC”), contrary to section 14(5)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying and suggesting that Flello, Garrow and/or ADDC is a licensed residential builder during the periods of February 4, 2013 and April 8, 2013, without being an Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”). On April 8, 2013, Compliance Order 13-0008 was issued by the HPO to Flello, Garrow and ADDC, directing that Flello, Garrow and ADDC:

• immediately cease all signage, marketing and other publications that imply, suggest or hold out in any manner that either Flello, Garrow or ADDC is a licensed residential builder; or
• become an HPO LRB pursuant to section 14 of the Act.

Flello, Garrow and ADDC were ordered to comply with Compliance Order 13-0008 by April 19, 2013.
