R. v. Pierre Bellefeuille - On June 26, 2009, Pierre Bellefeuille, as president of 575295 B.C. Ltd., pleaded guilty to carrying on the business of a residential builder without a licence in Surrey, B.C., between the dates of December 29, 2000 and June 27, 2001, contrary to s. 14(1) and s. 34(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act. On June 26, 2009, the Provincial Court of British Columbia imposed a fine against Pierre Bellefeuille in the amount of $10,000 (R. v. Pierre Bellefeuille (June 26, 2009), Surrey 119807-1 (B.C. Prov. Ct.)).
