Mark Rodolph Gaudreault (“Gaudreault”) and Milagros Clemencia Rivera Cuzco (“Cuzco”), contrary to section 22(1.1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), sold a new home in Blind Bay, BC (the “New Home”) on, or about, November 27, 2020, within 10 years from the date the New Home was ready for occupancy, without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider.
