0568677 British Columbia Ltd. dba Trout Creek Lumber and Building Systems (“0568677”) and Kyle Cavanagh (“Cavanagh”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built or caused to have built a new home in Barriere, BC (the “New Home”), between the period of, or about, August 2022 and September 2023, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider.

0773871 BC Ltd. dba Lucas Construction (“LC”) and Charles Randal Lucas (“Lucas”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built or caused to have built a new home in Kimberley, B.C. (the “New Home”), during the period of, or about, October 2008 and July 2009, without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being covered by a policy of home warranty insurance. On November 20, 2013, Compliance Order 13-0031 was issued by the HPO to LC and Lucas directing that LC and Lucas:

0809151 BC Ltd (“0809151”) and Ricky Singh Brar (“Brar”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built or caused to have built, two new homes in Mission, B.C. (“New Home A” and New Home B”, together, the “New Homes”), sold New Home A and offered for sale New Home B, during the period of, or about, 2010 and 2012, without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Homes being enrolled with a policy of home warranty insurance.

0814112 B.C. Ltd. (“0814112”) and Roland Stanley Nadon (“Nadon”), constructed a new home in Kelowna, BC (the “New Home”), between the period of, or about, January 16, 2013, and October 7, 2014.

0827697 B.C. Ltd. (“0827697”), Bella Lorenzo Bland (“B. Bland”), and William Bland (“W. Bland”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built a new home in Victoria, B.C. (the “New Home”) during the period of, or about, November 12, 2009, and June 24, 2010, without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance provided by a warranty provider.

0839764 B.C. Ltd. (“0839764”) and Sukhpal Sran (“Sran”) constructed two new homes in Surrey, B.C. (the “New Homes”), between the period of, or about, May 26, 2014, and March 17, 2015.

0873123 B.C. Ltd. (“0873123”), Randy Marston (“R. Marston”), and Teresa Marston (“T. Marston”), contrary to sections 22(1) and 22(1.1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), constructed or caused to have constructed a new carriage home in Nanoose Bay, BC (the “New Home”), between the period of, or about, July 6, 2015, and August 4, 2015, and sold the New Home on, or about, August 4, 2015, without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider.

0910713 B.C. Ltd. (“910713 Ltd.”) and Gurdeep Kainth (“Kainth”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and offered/ marketed for sale 5 new homes in North Vancouver, BC (collectively, the “New Homes”), between the dates October 17, 2012, and November 5, 2012, and between the dates March 6, 2013, and April 9, 2013.

0914603 B.C. Ltd. (“0914603”) and Matthew Thomas Renfrow (“Renfrow”), constructed a new home in Victoria, BC (the “New Home”), between the dates of October 3, 2011, and June 11, 2012.

0968709 B.C. Ltd. (“0968709”) and Paul Davis (“Davis”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without a valid BC Housing (“BCH”) Residential Builder Licence between the period of, or about, September 4, 2018, and April 17, 2019, regarding three new homes in Victoria, BC. On April 24, 2019, BCH issued Compliance Order 19-0005 to 0968709 and Davis directing that 0968709 and Davis:

0981478 B.C. Ltd. (“0981478”) and Mark Chandler (“Chandler”) constructed a 92-unit multi-unit building in Langley, B.C. (collectively, the “New Homes”), during the period of, or about, May 26, 2015, and October 2, 2017.

1002357 B.C. Ltd. (“1002357”) and Shane Alore (“Alore”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without a valid BC Housing (“BCH”) Residential Builder Licence, between the dates of, or about, August 31, 2017, and March 23, 2018, with respect to two new homes in Landford and Saanich, B.C. (collectively, the “New Homes”). On March 23, 2018, BCH issued Compliance Order 18-0027 to 1002357 and Alore directing that 1002357 and Alore:

1016082 BC Ltd. (“1016082”) and Yogeshchandra Nathawad (“Nathawad”) constructed a 9 unit multi-unit building in Vancouver, BC (collectively, the “New Homes”), during the period of, or about, November 2020 and March 2022.

1089673 BC Ltd. (“1089673”), and Ravi Punn (“Punn”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without a valid BC Housing (“BCH”) Residential Builder Licence between the period of, or about, April 30, 2022, and September 15, 2022, regarding a new home in Langley, BC (the “New Home”). On September 15, 2022, BCH issued Compliance Order 22-0023 to 1089673 and Punn directing that 1089673 and Punn:

1170713 B.C. LTD. dba SJ Construction (“SJC”), James Scott Robertson (“Robertson”) and Sean Alexander Clarke (“Clarke”), contrary to section 14(5)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying and suggesting that SJC, Robertson and/or Clarke is a licensed residential builder during the period of February 26, 2024, and April 3, 2024, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”).

1345277 BC Ltd. (“134’) and Veenu Saini (“Saini”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without a valid BC Housing (“BCH”) Residential Builder Licence on, or about, April 18, 2024, regarding a new home in Nanaimo, BC (the “New Home”). On April 23, 2024, BCH issued Compliance Order 24-0010 to 134 and Saini directing that 134 and Saini:

1498338 Alberta Ltd. (“1498338 Ltd.”) and Mehdi (Terry) Sassaninejad (“Sassaninejad”), contrary to section 22(1.1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), offered for sale a new home in Mara, BC (the “New Home”), without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance provided by a warranty provider. On January 12, 2017, BC Housing (“BCH”) issued Compliance Order 17-001 to 1498338 Ltd. and Sassaninejad directing 1498338 Ltd. and Sassaninejad:

178 Developments Ltd. (“178DL”), Kevin Lieh Hua Hsu (“Hsu”), Regan Wong(“Wong”) and Louie For Yip (“Yip”), contrary to section 22(1.1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), offered for sale a new home in Surrey, BC (the “New Home”), in or around, March 2014, without the New Home being covered with a policy of home warranty insurance pursuant to section 22 of the Act.

3D Construction Ltd. (“3DC”) and David Damon (“Damon”), contrary to section 14(5)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying and suggesting that 3DC and/or Damon is a licensed residential builder during the period of August 15, 2022, and February 7, 2023, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”).
