Gary Dale Heinrichs (“G. Heinrichs”) and Maria Secorro Portia Heinrichs (“M. Heinrichs”) (together, “the Heinrichses”), contrary to sections 14(1), 22(1) and 22(1.1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built a new home in Langley, B.C.
Gary Douglas Burr (“G. Burr”) and Deborah Burr (“D. Burr”)(together, “the Burrs”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built a new home in Falkland, BC (the “New Home”), in, or around, 2017, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance provided by a warranty provider. On October 19, 2022, BCH issued Compliance Order 22-0025 to the Burrs directing that the Burrs:
Gerhard Albert Allgaier (“Allgaier”) and Georgina Doreen Du Russel (“Du Russel”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built or caused to have built a new home in Smithers, B.C. (the “New Home”), between the period of, or about, September 17, 2009, and January 26, 2012, without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance provided by a warranty provider.
Global Integrated Facilities Ltd (“GIFL”), Raghabir S. Aujla (“Aujla”) and Surinder Pahal (“Pahal”), contrary to section 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built or caused to have built a new home in Delta, B.C. (the “New Home”) between November 21, 2011, and December 21, 2012, without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance provided by a warranty provider.
Golden View Builders Ltd. (“GVB”) and Todagin Russell Hodson (“Hodson”), contrary to section 14(5)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying and suggesting that GVB and/or Hodson is a licensed residential builder during the period of December 16, 2022, and December 27, 2023, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”). On December 27, 2023, BCH issued Compliance Order 23-0017 to GVB and Hodson directing that GVB and Hodson:
Gordon Allan Clark (“G. Clark”), contrary to section 20(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”) and section 4.1(2)(e) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation (the “Regulations”), regarding a new home in Invermere, B.C. (the “New Home”), for which an Owner Builder Authorization (“OBA”) had been issued, failed to maintain a registered interest in the land on which the New Home was built for at least one year from the date of first occupancy.
Gregg Allen Kikkert (“G. Kikkert”) and Natasha Kathleen Kikkert (“N. Kikkert”)(together, the “Kikkerts”), contrary to section 21(2)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), regarding a new home in Chilliwack, B.C.
Guanqun Zhang (“Zhang”), contrary to section 22(1.1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), offered for sale a new home in Coquitlam, B.C. (the “New Home”), between the dates of, or about, March 31, 2014, and September 5, 2014, without the New Home being covered with a policy of home warranty insurance pursuant to section 22 of the Act. On August 28, 2014, the Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) issued Compliance Order 14-0051 to Zhang directing that Zhang:
Guo Rui Kuang (“Kuang”), contrary to section 20(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”) and section 4.1(2)(f) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation (the “Regulations”), regarding a new home in Mission, B.C. (the “New Home”), for which an Owner Builder Authorization (“OBA”) had been issued, failed to engage in, arrange for or manage all or substantially all of the construction of the New Home. On August 23, 2016, BC Housing (“BCH”) cancelled the OBA that had been issued to Kuang for the New Home.
Gurdev Kaur Bhullar (“G. Bhullar”) contrary to subsections 20.1(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the "Act"), built a new home in Surrey, B.C., (the "New Home"), for which an Owner Builder Authorization ("OBA") had been issued, and sold the New Home without having occupied the New Home for the 12-month period after the New Home was built. On October 27, 2011, the Homeowner Protection Office ("HPO") Registrar cancelled the OBA. On May 4, 2012, the HPO issued Compliance Order 12-0033 to G. Bhullar, directing that G. Bhullar:
Gurinder Purewal (“G. Purewal”), contrary to section 20.1(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built a new home in Burnaby, B.C., (the "New Home"), for which an Owner Builder Authorization (the "OBA") had been issued, and sold the New Home without having occupied the New Home for the 12-month period after the New Home was built. On March 7, 2013, the Homeowner Protection Office ("HPO") Registrar cancelled the OBA. On August 6, 2013, Compliance Order 13-0035 was issued to G. Purewal, directing that G. Purewal:

Harcharan Singh Padda (“H. Padda”), contrary to section 21(2)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), regarding a new home in Surrey, B.C. (the “New Home”), for which an Owner Builder Authorization had been issued, failed to provide the purchasers of the New Home with a disclosure notice, in a form satisfactory to BC Housing (“BCH”) Registrar, stating among other facts, whether or not the New Home was covered by home warranty insurance. On December 21, 2016, BCH issued Compliance Order 16-0029 to H. Padda directing that H. Padda:

Harpreet Kaur Saprai (“H. Saprai”) and Amarbir Singh Saprai (“A. Saprai”) (together, the “Saprais”) contrary to section 21(2)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), regarding a new home in Abbotsford, B.C., (the “New Home”), for which an Owner Builder Authorization had been issued, offered the New Home for sale between the dates of, on or before, July 22, 2011, and December 2011, without first being issued a Disclosure Notice from the HPO for the New Home.
Harpreet Poonia ("H. Poonia") sold a new home in Burnaby, B.C. (the "New Home") on, or about, November 28, 2007, without the New Home ever being occupied as a residence and without the New Home being covered by home warranty insurance, in contravention of section 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the "Act"). On January 21, 2008, Compliance Order 08-0001 was issued by the Homeowner Protection Office ("HPO") to H. Poonia directing that H. Poonia arrange home warranty insurance for the New Home by February 18, 2008.
