Taj Homes Development Ltd. (“THDL”) and Hardev Singh Grewal (“Grewal”), contrary to schedule 3 section 6(2) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation (the “Regulations”), regarding a new home in Surrey, BC (the “New Home”), for which the New Home was occupied as a rental unit, sold the New Home on, or about, February 18, 2011, without disclosing, in writing, to the purchasers of the New Home, the date on which the home warranty insurance expires.
