Kevin Roy Peters (“Peters”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), commenced or caused to have commenced construction on a new home in Cache Creek, BC (the “New Home”), during the period of, or about, September 24, 2019, and October 24, 2020, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider.

Konic Development Ltd. and Keith Kin Wai Leung

Konic Development Ltd. (“KDL”) and Keith Kin Wai Leung (“Leung”), contrary to section 14(5)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying and suggesting that KDL and Leung is a licensed residential builder during the periods of May 31, 2020, and August 19, 2021, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”).

Kuldip Singh Aulakh and Inderjit Kaur Aulakh (March 3, 2015)

Kuldip Singh Aulakh (“K. Aulakh”) and Inderjit Kaur Aulakh (“I. Aulakh”)(together, “the Aulakhs”), contrary to section 20(1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”) and section 4.1(2)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation, regarding a new home in Prince George, B.C. (the “New Home”), for which an Owner Builder Authorization (“OBA”) had been issued, failed to fulfil the requirements of being an owner builder.

Aulakh”) (together, the “Aulakhs”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built a new home in Prince George, B.C. (the “New Home”) in, or around, March 2008, without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance provided by a warranty provider.

Kulvinder Kaur Lally (“K. Lally”), contrary to section 20(1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”) and section 4.1(2)(f) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation (the “Regulations”), regarding a new home in Surrey, B.C. (the “New Home”), for which an Owner Builder Authorization (“OBA”) had been issued, failed to engage in, arrange for or manage all or substantially all of the construction of the New Home. Kyle Walker Construction Inc. (“KWC”) and Kyle Walker (“Walker”), contrary to section 14(5)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying and suggesting that KWC and/or Walker is a licensed residential builder during the period of, or about, March 22, 2022, and January 30, 2023, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”). On January 30, 2023, BCH issued Compliance Order 23-0003 to KWC and Walker directing that KWC and Walker:

Landcraft Homes Ltd., Harjit Sandhu, and Terjinder Chung

Landcraft Homes Ltd. (“LHL”), Harjit Sandhu (“Sandhu”), and Terjinder Chung (“Chung”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without a valid BC Housing (“BCH”) Residential Builder Licence, between the dates of, or about, December 31, 2017, and March 16, 2018, with respect to four new homes in Richmond, BC, two new homes in Vancouver, B.C., and one new home in New Westminster, BC (collectively, the “New Homes”).

Man Hin Christopher Ho (“Ho”) and Catherine Ann Dworak (“Dworak”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), commenced construction on a new home in Terrace, B.C. (the “New Home”), during the period of, or about, June 24, 2017, and February 26, 2018, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider.
